Initial patient visit consists of:
- Oral exam
- Review of medical history
- Panographic X-ray of the teeth and jaws
- Evaluation of the temporomandibular joint – TMJ (if needed)
- Evaluation of the oral cavity for oral lesions (if needed)
- Evaluation for jaw growth abnormalities (if needed)
